Things You’re Unlikely To See #2

I’d just picked a couple of nice purple polka dot ones…and then I woke up. You can find the real NHS catalogue here.

I’d like the lime green leafy ones in the bottom left hand corner please!
    ……if only.

Darn spam filter thought the link was the usual viagra stuff, you are now successfully un-spammed! Those covers are truly snazzy, if only they came in standard NHS issue sizes, the world would be a perfect place…sigh. The Chromas are now dreaming of the day when one of their dead friends can be used to make a mould for the vacuum-forming machine at the Institute of Artistic Endeavour, if only their owner would get off her arse and do something about it. Keep us posted on how yours work out!

Success! I met up with someone who has cochlear implants and she had those snazzy plastic covers on the processors. I tried them on my hearing aids and they are a successful enough fit for me to invest in a bucket load of them. My giaganto-lugs take the standard version, but a whole bunch of my friends have now sent off for the compact version to put over their Reflex Ms and Impact Ms and we shall report back. It looks as if the compact will be around 0.5cm bigger all around than the Reflex M. Still too big for your teeny tiny Chroma, but aren’t these great?
